About Selin
Selin is a Danielle Perrault Trailblazer Award Winning Holistic Nutritionist focusing on women’s hormone health, Corporate Wellness Educator, author of the Painless Period Guide, host of the Luscious Living podcast.
Her own health journey began with feeling trapped in her body; whether it was navigating through extreme yo-yo dieting, hormone imbalance, embarrassing adult acne, chronic bloating, anxiety, insomnia, and more. She knew her mission was to turn “her mess into her message” and to help others feel liberated and vibrant as well.
Selin believes that radiant health is a journey of the mind, body and spirit, and aims to deliver her message of wellness to help create a thriving society. Her uplifting approach to wellness appeals to a wide audience of individuals who are looking for realistic, sustainable, and delicious ways to become the best and healthiest version of themselves.
